The “Waiting For A Train” musical contains a total of 24 different songs, all but two of which were originally recorded by Jimmie Rodgers himself. In fact, as a very special tribute, we’ve included the original sound of Jimmie Rodgers’ own voice as he sung “Years Ago” during the last of his recording sessions.<\/p>\n

Each of these selections have been carefully chosen for the sole purpose of adding continuity to, and furthering, the overall storyline. Each and every one can easily be tailored to suit the preferred style, vision and intensity of each production company’s music director.<\/p>\n

Below you will find representative samples of these songs. Although they were originally recorded by Jimmie nearly 100 years ago, these cover versions readily illustrate how each one can be brought into the 21st century for your particular audience.<\/p>\n
